LEGAL NOTICE

CITY OF MOVILLE

The City of Moville shall hold a public hearing concerning the sale of the following described property:

Approximately 1.5 acres located in Section 3, Township 88 North, Range 45 West of the 5th Principal Meridian. Legal description is subject to survey.

The hearing will be held July 15, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. at City Hall, City of Moville.

The property is proposed to be sold to Larry Etler for $5,000 per acre, in exchange for Larry Etler and Jo Ellen Etler executing an easement for a water line for the construction and operation of a new water tower and water treatment plant by the City of Moville.

Any citizen may file oral or written comments for or against the sale of said property.
